Crock-Pot SCCPVL610-S-A 6-Quart Cook & Carry Programmable Slow Cooker with Digital Timer, Stainless Steel

Simple and easy to make. Just drop it all in the pot, set it and forget it. After an hour, your house will smell delicious.  Great for a big group get together and served with cornbread or yeast rolls.


Slow Cooker Ham Bone Soup

1 leftover ham bone
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 large carrot, diced
1 – 15 oz can corn
2 large red potatoes, chopped
2.5 cups cooked pinto beans
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups diced ham
4 cups water

Step 1: Place ham bone in slow cooker.
Step 2: Add vegetables and water.
Step 3: Cook on low 7 hours and then remove ham bone.
Step 4: Add diced ham and cook an additional 1-2 hours.
Step 5: Season to taste and serve.
